Nearly a full 14 months removed from Tommy John reconstructive elbow surgery, Glasnow returns to the Rays' rotation against the Cleveland Guardians on Wednesday night.
Glasnow was fantastic in his four-start minor league rehab assignment but maxed out at 46 pitches in his final outing at Triple-A Durham. As a result, Glasnow is definitely going to be on some sort of pitch count, given that it's his first MLB appearance since June 14, 2021.

As previously mentioned, Glasnow was great in his minor league rehab assignment, posting a 1.29 ERA, 0.71 WHIP, and 14 strikeouts across seven innings and four starts. The twenty-nine-year-old is another added weapon for the Rays heading into the postseason.
