Pirates Outright Pitcher
The Pittsburgh Pirates have sent pitcher Tyler Beede outright to Triple-A Indianapolis.
Beede was designated for assignment last week, but he passed through waivers unclaimed and will remain with the Pirates organization as extra pitching depth.Tyler Beede has been outrighted to Indy. Was DFA’d last week

The right-handed pitcher is a former first-round pick, twice, and showed some potential with the San Francisco Giants but, ultimately, has not amounted to much at this stage in his career.
