Milwaukee Brewers Send Pitcher To Triple-A

The Milwaukee Brewers have sent down Jake Cousins to Triple-A Nashville.

Cousins was recently called back up to the Brewers, but he is now once again heading to Triple-A. Overall, he has done well for Milwaukee when called upon, however, as he has a 2-1 record to go along with a 3.18 ERA. Yet, that was not enough for him to maintain his spot in the majors.

Although a demotion is never a happy moment for a player, Cousins can take comfort in knowing that he still has a spot on the team's 40-man roster. As a result, he avoided being placed on the waiver wire and can still get called up to the Brewers with ease before the season is over. Let's see if that comes to fruition from here.
