Milwaukee Brewers Activate Pitcher

Eric Lauer is back for the Milwaukee Brewers, as he has been activated from the injured list.

This is certainly good news for the Brewers, as they are currently trying to get themselves a playoff spot in the National League. Yet, they currently trail the San Diego Padres by two games for the final Wild Card spot, so they need to get hot quickly. Having a solid starter in Lauer back could help with that.

In 27 games this season, Lauer has a 10-7 record to go along with a 3.96 ERA. Overall, it has been a fairly solid season for him, and now he will be aiming to end the year on a high note to help the Brew Crew play October baseball.
