Los Angeles Dodgers Pitcher Sent Down to Triple-A
The Los Angeles Dodgers have sent down Justin Bruihl to Triple-A Oklahoma City.
Bruihl has been pretty solid for the Dodgers when called upon this season, so perhaps this demotion could be deemed as a little surprising. In 24 games, he has a 1-1 record to go along with a 3.80 ERA. Overall, those are decent numbers, but it was not enough for him to maintain his spot in their bullpen.
Bruihl will now be aiming to impress down in Triple-A, as it could be what gets him another call-up in the future. Until then, however, his focus will be to do well in OKC. Let's see if he can do just that from here.
