Los Angeles Dodgers Pitcher Placed On Injured List
The Los Angeles Dodgers will be without David Price for the next little bit, as the veteran pitcher has been placed on the 15-day injured list.

Price was the third player who had an MRI yesterday. There was inflammation in his wrist. Roberts said he’s been dealing with it all year, but that it’s not expected to be season ending
Price has quietly been a very effective part of the Dodgers' bullpen this campaign. With this, he has had a nice bounce-back year, but with this development, it, unfortunately, will have to be put on pause. Thankfully, the Dodgers are so high in the standing that losing Price isn't the end of the world, but it still stinks to hear that he has to miss time.
In 38 appearances this campaign with the Dodgers, Price sports a 2-0 record to go along with a 2.58 ERA. That kind of pitching is certainly what a team wants from a reliever, so Price's absence will be noticed. Here's to hoping that the 14-year veteran can return to the mound before the season is over. They certainly will need him come playoff time.
