Giants Activate Catcher from Concussion Injured List

He is symptom-free and ready to return. 

The San Francisco Giants have activated catcher Joey Bart from the 7-day concussion injured list.

Bart was back in action on Tuesday night, batting seventh and going one-for-three with a single. 

On the season, the twenty-five-year-old has hit just .228/.312/.398, with 10 home runs, 21 RBIs and two stolen bases over 75 games played.

Bart missed exactly seven days following a concussion, which he suffered after taking a foul tip ball directly to his mask. 

The former top-prospect is looking to finally make a consistent impact at the major league level.
