Dodgers Recall Pitcher; Option Starter
The Los Angeles Dodgers have recalled pitcher Justin Bruihl from Triple-A Oklahoma City.
The Dodgers recalled LHP Justin Bruihl and optioned RHP Ryan Pepiot to Triple-A Oklahoma City.

Pitcher Ryan Pepiot has been optioned to Triple-A Oklahoma City in a corresponding move.
With David Price injured, Bruihl provides the Dodgers with another left-handed pitcher out of the bullpen.
Bruihl has a 3.66 ERA, 1.17 WHIP, and 12 strikeouts over 19.2 innings in the majors this season.

The twenty-five-year-old has registered a decent 3.86 ERA, 1.82 WHIP and 23 strikeouts across 28 innings in the minors this season. He's appeared in 23 games, converting one save and posting a 3-1 record. Bruihl pitched two innings against the San Diego Padres on Monday night, allowing three hits and one run while striking out one.
