Fulmer has been a reliable bullpen option for the Tigers this season, posting 3.20 ERA, 1.25 WHIP, and 39 strikeouts across 39 innings. He's also converted two saves. The twenty-nine-year-old will be an unrestricted free agent after this season.
In the minors this season, Gipson-Long has posted a 4.23 ERA, 1.12 WHIP, and 87 strikeouts across 87 innings.
The Twins have greatly bolstered their pitching staff this trade deadline and look poised to make a deep run this post-season.
