Texas Rangers Pitcher Becomes Free Agent
Tyler Duffey has opted out of his minor league deal with the Texas Rangers. As a result of this, he is now a free agent.
After being let go by the Minnesota Twins earlier this season, Duffey inked a minor league pact with the Rangers. He, unfortunately, did not receive a call-up from Texas, so it is understandable that he is looking for an opportunity elsewhere at this point.
In 295 career games, Duffey has a 29-27 record to go along with a 4.57 ERA.
