In his final rehab start on Tuesday with Double-A Portland, Wacha allowed four hits, two runs, and two walks while striking out five over 4.1 innings pitched. He threw 59 of his 79 pitches for strikes.
On August 04, Wacha threw 4.2 innings of no-hit baseball in a rehab start for Triple-A Worcester, helping combine for the first no-hitter in the team's history.

Over 70 innings this season, the thirty-one-year-old has posted a fantastic 2.69 ERA, 1.11 WHIP, and 50 strikeouts. He's posted a 6-1 record.
There's a good chance Wacha gets the start this Sunday in the series finale against the New York Yankees.
