Pirates' Castro Suspended for Having Phone in Pocket During Game
Pittsburgh Pirates rookie infielder has been suspended for one-game and received a fine for violating Major League Baseball's electronic device policy, per Jeff Passan.
Pirates infielder Rodolfo Castro was suspended for one game and fined for violating MLB policy when he played while having a cell phone in his back pocket.

Castro violated this when his cell phone flew out of his back pocket on a slide during the team's game on August 9th against the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Castro is scheduled to serve the suspension tonight, in the Pirates game against the Boston Red Sox. However, the twenty-three-year-old is appealing the suspension, delaying it until his appeal is heard.
