Phillips was designated for assignment on Monday.
The twenty-eight-year-old has really struggled this season, batting an atrocious .147/.225/.250, with five home runs, 14 RBIs, and seven stolen bases in 75 games.
Rays fans will miss their favorite player, but hopefully, he'll get another chance now that he's on the Orioles.

Over his six-year career, Phillips has hit .190, with 28 home runs, 92 RBIs, and 36 stolen bases across 346 games. He's spent time with the Milwaukee Brewers, Kansas City Royals, Tampa Bay Rays and now the Baltimore Orioles.
