Gallo had been linked to teams like the Padres, Rangers, Brewers, and Rays before the deadline. Yet, it now appears that the Dodgers are the surprising winners of the Gallo sweepstakes.

There's no question that LA is taking a gamble with this move if it comes to fruition. Gallo is having a horrendous season, as his .157 batting average in 82 games shows.
