New York Mets Pitcher Heading To Injured List

Stephen Nogosek will be out of action for the New York Mets, as he has been placed on the 15-day injured list.

Nogosek has been effective since being called up to the Mets this season, so they certainly aren't going to be too happy about him having to miss time. In 11 appearances on the year, he has a 0-1 record to go along with a solid 2.79 ERA.

Here's to hoping that Nogosek's injury doesn't require him to miss more than the next 15 days.
