New York Mets Designate 2 Pitchers For Assignment
The New York Mets have designated Rob Zastryzny and Nate Fisher for assignment.
Zastryzny appeared in just one game for the Mets this season, where he allowed one run in an inning pitched. The 30-year-old comes with 19 games of total MLB experience. During that span, he has a 2-0 record and 4.54 ERA.
Fisher, on the other hand, recently made his MLB debut for the Mets. He looked solid in it, as he pitched three scoreless innings. Don't be surprised to see a team take a chance on the 26-year-old from here.
