MLB Rumors: Trade Talks Heating Up For San Francisco Giants Starter

According to Susan Slusser, the Giants are listening to offers for Carlos Rodon.

With the Giants not guaranteed a playoff berth this fall, it makes sense that they are considering moving Rodon. He has an opt-out he can use this offseason and after the year he has had, it wouldn't be surprising if he does. He has the chance to make a raise on the free-agent market.

In 21 starts this season, Rodon has a 9-6 record and 3.00 ERA. This was enough for him to make his second straight All-Star Game. We will have to wait and see where the eight-year veteran ends up going before the end of the day.
