MLB Rumors: Shohei Ohtani Linked To NL Central Team

Jon Morosi recently stated on The Parkins and Spiegal Show that he wouldn't be surprised if Shohei Ohtani ends up being traded to the Chicago Cubs this offseason.

When an MLB insider as trusted as Morosi makes a claim like this, it's fair to say that there must be some sort of connection between Ohtani and the Cubs. It has already been reported that the Cubs want to be spenders this offseason, so bringing in a superstar like Ohtani would be a huge way to help with that.

It will be intriguing to see if Morosi's prediction comes true this winter from here.
