MLB Rumors: One Team “Intensifying Pursuit” Of Juan Soto
The race for Juan Soto appears to be down to three teams, and according to MLB Insider Hector Gomez, one team in particular is "intensifying their pursuit."

The St. Louis Cardinals "have been much more aggressive of late in their trade proposals," writes Gomez, while "the San Diego Padres and Los Angeles Dodgers "also continue to offer their best prospect packages to the Washington Nationals."
These three teams as the top bidders seem to be confirmed by another Insider, Jon Heyman.
Dodgers remain in on Juan Soto. Have big prospect stockpile: Miller, Vargas, Cartaya, Busch, Pepiot, etc,, recent history of big deadline deals and rapport with Nats (Scherzer/Turner last year). Padres and Cards have been considered favorites but no reason to count out LA.

Heyman confirms an earlier report we had from Ken Rosenthal, stating that the Dodgers are still a team to watch for on the Soto front.
This should be an amazing race to the finish, up to 6pm Tuesday.
