MLB Rumors: Miami Marlins To Trade Starting Pitcher
According to Barry Jackson and Craig Mish, the Miami Marlins will once again be open to trading their starting pitchers for offense this offseason. Pablo Lopez is the biggest trade target of the bunch, so don't be surprised to see him moved.
Lopez was almost moved at this year's trade deadline, but a deal was not finalized. Yet, that is very likely to change this offseason, and there will be no shortage of teams interested in the 26-year-old.
In 26 games this season, Lopez has an 8-8 record to go along with a 3.64 ERA.
