Minnesota Twins Pitcher Officially Released
Last week, the Minnesota Twins designated Tyler Duffey for assignment. Now, after clearing waivers, the Twins have officially released him, and he is now a free agent.
Duffey could be an intriguing addition for a team looking to add to their bullpen. The longtime Twins reliever has a 2-4 record and 4.91 ERA in 40 appearances this year. Now, he will be hoping for the chance to find a new home and improve on these numbers.
Duffey's plethora of MLB experience could also help him find a job. In 295 career games, he has a 29-27 record and 4.57 ERA.
