Miami Marlins First Baseman Placed On Concussion IL

The Miami Marlins have placed Garrett Cooper on the seven-day concussion injured list. 

Cooper has had a very good year for the Marlins in 2022. In 94 games, he has seven home runs, 42 RBIs, and a .269 batting average. With that, he appeared in his first career All-Star Game. Thus, his absence in their lineup will be noticeable.

Here's to hoping that Cooper's concussion symptoms subside quickly and that he suffers no setbacks.
