Mariners Outfielder Mashing in Rehab Assignment; Should Be Activated Next Week
The former first-round pick finally appeared to be putting it together at the major league level before going down with an injury.
Now healthy, Seattle Mariners' outfielder Taylor Trammell is completing his minor league rehab assignment and is mashing the ball.
In seven games on his rehab assignment, Trammell has batted .320/.393/.600 with eight hits, one double, two home runs, two RBIs, five runs, three walks and a stolen base.

Trammell is working his way back from a right hamstring strain that sent him to the injured list back in late June. In 32 games this season, the twenty-four-year-old was batting .235/.323/.457 with three home runs, nine RBIs and two stolen bases.
He should return to the Mariners' outfield mix sometime next week.
