Los Angeles Dodgers Outfielder Making Progress With Injury
After having shoulder surgery in June, Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Kevin Pillar wasn't expected to come back this season. Yet, it appears that things could be changing on that front, as the veteran has been cleared to start baseball activities.
If Pillar continues to head in this direction, he should be able to return to the field for the Dodgers before the year is over. He would provide LA with more depth in the outfield, and that is always a good thing to have for the playoffs.
In four games for the Dodgers this season, Pillar went 1-for-12 at the plate. If he returns, he will be hoping to improve on his hitting, of course.
