Los Angeles Angels Send 3 Players Down To Triple-A
The Los Angeles Angels have sent Ryan Aguilar, Gerardo Reyes, and Jose Rojas down to Triple-A.
Aguilar appeared in his first three major leagues with the Angels during his call-up. At the plate, he went 2-for-11, where he recorded a double and two walks.
Reyes made his first MLB appearance since 2019 during his recent call-up to the Angels. In two games during it, he allowed one earned run in 2.0 innings pitched.
Aguilar and Reyes were COVID substitutes, so their demotions were to be expected. Rojas, on the other hand, has played in 22 games for the Angels this season. During them, he has zero home runs, one RBI, and a .125 batting average.
