Los Angeles Angels Claim Pitcher Off Waivers

The Los Angeles Angels have claimed Rob Zastryzny off waivers from the New York Mets.

Zastryzny was designated for assignment earlier this week, but he has now found a new home with the Angels. He will be hoping to impress down in Triple-A, as it could be what gets him a call-up before the season is over.

In 19 games over his MLB career, he has a 2-0 record to go along with a 4.54 ERA.
