Los Angeles Angels Call Up 3 Players

The Los Angeles Angels have called up Jose Marte, Gerardo Reyes, and Ryan Aguilar to their major roster.

These call-ups are in response to Aaron Loup, Ryan Tepera, and Taylor Ward being placed on the restricted list. 

Marte has already appeared in five games for the Halos this season, where he has a 0-0 record and 5.06 ERA. 

Reyes has not appeared in an MLB game since the 2019 season, so this is a big deal for him. In 27 appearances that season with the San Diego Padres, he had a 4-0 record but very high 7.62 ERA.

Aguilar has spent this season with Double-A Rocket City, where he has 15 home runs, 48 RBIs, and a .280 batting average.
