Kansas City Royals Acquire Pitcher From Seattle Mariners

The Royals have acquired Anthony Misiewicz from the Mariners in exchange for cash.

Misiewicz will be hoping to have a permanent spot on the Royals' major league roster from here. He has split this campaign between the Mariners and Triple-A, but hopefully joining a far weaker team in KC will result in him having more roster stability. In 17 games this season, he has a 0-1 record and 4.61 ERA.

Overall, this has the potential to be a good little move for the Royals.
