Houston Astros Outfielder To Get Second Opinion On Injury
Things are continuing to get more concerning with Michael Brantley and his shoulder injury. The Astros outfielder is set to get a second opinion from another doctor regarding the injury.
Earlier this week, GM James Click noted that there is no still estimated timetable for Brantley to return and that there is a chance that Brantley could miss the rest of the year. Now that he is getting a second opinion, things are starting to look worse on that front.
The Astros certainly want Brantley back before the season is over, as he makes a big impact when healthy. In 64 games this season, the five-time All-Star has five home runs, 26 RBIs, and a .288 batting average.
