Detroit Tigers Outfielder Heading To Triple-A
The Detroit Tigers have sent down Daz Cameron to Triple-A Toledo.
Cameron has primarily been a depth outfielder for the Tigers this season. In 21 games for the major league squad on the year, he has one home run, eight RBIs, and a .219 batting average. Overall, he didn't make the biggest impact when utilized, and now he will be heading to Triple-A as a result of it.
Cameron did not lose his spot on the Tigers' 40-man roster, however, so a call-up before the end of the season is certainly possible. It will be intriguing to see what happens from here with the young outfielder.
