Cincinnati Reds Pitcher Heading To Triple-A

The Cincinnati Reds have sent Dauri Moreta down to Triple-A.

Moreta has had his struggles this season with the Reds, so perhaps this roster move is one we could have seen coming. In 31 appearances in 2022, he sports a 0-2 record to go along with a 5.97 ERA. Overall, it has simply been an underwhelming year for the 35-game veteran.

Moreta will be aiming to impress during his demotion in hopes of landing another call-up before the season is over. Let's see what happens on that front from here.
