Chicago White Sox Outright Pitcher

The Chicago White Sox have outrighted Yoan Aybar. With this, the White Sox have opened up a spot on their 40-man roster.

Aybar has spent this season split between Double-A and Triple-A, and it's fair to say that he has struggled. In 31 appearances between the two leagues, he has a 0-4 record and 8.01 ERA. That wasn't enough for him to maintain his spot on their 40-man roster.

Alas, Aybar will now be aiming to end the year on a high note. It could be exactly what gets him back on Chicago's 40-man roster in the future.
