Chicago White Sox Infielder Placed On Injured List

A rough 2022 season is only getting worse for Yoan Moncada, as the infielder has once again found himself placed on the injured list.

This time it is a 10-day stint on the IL for Moncada, as he is dealing with a left hamstring strain. This is the second time this season that a hamstring issue has led him to the IL this season alone.

When healthy, Moncada just hasn't looked the same compared to previous years. In 80 games, he has seven home runs, 40 RBIs, and a low .197 batting average. Once he's healthy, he will be aiming to rebound to end the year on a high note.
