Braves Outfielder to Miss Some Games; Expected to Avoid Injured List

Atlanta Braves outfielder Eddie Rosario was removed from Monday's game against the New York Mets with left hamstring tightness.

Braves manager Brian Snitker told reporters after the game that Rosario is expected to miss a few games, but should not need a trip to the injured list.

Rosario hit a solo home run in the second inning, before being lifted later in the game.

In 33 games since returning from the injured list, the thirty-year-old has hit .234/.270/.421, with 12 runs scored, four home runs and 18 RBIs.

Rosario missed a few months at the beginning of the season due to a vision-related eye procedure. There's a good chance he returns later this week.
