Arizona Diamondbacks Call Up Pitcher

The Arizona Diamondbacks have called up Tommy Henry to their major league roster. With this, he is also making his debut during today's contest against the Cleveland Guardians.

Henry has spent this season with Triple-A Reno. Overall, it's been a pretty solid campaign for the 24-year-old, as he has a 4-4 record to go along with a 3.83 ERA. Now, he will be aiming to impress during this call-up with the D-Backs in hopes of landing a permanent spot on their roster.

With the Diamondbacks near the bottom of the MLB standings, there's no harm in them taking a chance on Henry. Let's see how the rookie performs in his debut.
