A Promising Update On Mike Trout

Mike Trout is continuing to make progress with his rib injury, as he has now been cleared to run and throw. With that, he will be at batting practice with the team on Saturday.

Trout has been out for the last month for the Los Angeles Angels. Although the Angels are not pushing for a playoff spot at this point of the season, they would love to have their superstar outfielder back of course. Although he will need more time to recover, this development is showing that he is at least heading in the right direction.

In 79 games this season, Trout has 24 home runs, 51 RBIs, and a .270 batting average.
