Red Sox Pitcher Hits Injured List

The Red Sox will be without Tyler Danish, as the 27-year-old has been placed on the 15-day injured list.

Danish is currently dealing with a forearm strain, so it makes sense that he will be sidelined for at least the next two weeks. Boston will be hoping that his condition does not worsen and that he will be able to return as soon as this stint on the IL is over.

Danish has appeared in 26 games for the Red Sox this season, where he has a 2-1 record and 4.02 ERA. Although he hasn't been perfect, he has been a pretty decent addition to their bullpen. Thus, he will be missed while out. Here's to hoping he has a speedy recovery.
