Red Sox Call Up Catcher
The Red Sox have called up Connor Wong to their major league roster.
Wong has played in four games for the Red Sox this season, where he has one hit in seven at-bats. During this call-up, he will be aiming to be more productive at the plate in hopes of landing himself a permanent spot on their roster.
Wong is a solid player to have around, as he can play catcher and second base. In 10 career MLB games, he has zero home runs, one RBI, and a 250 batting average.
