Rays Pitcher Set To Return

The Rays have reinstated Pete Fairbanks from the 60-day injured list. With this news, the reliever is set to make his season debut. 

Fairbanks has been missed in Tampa Bay's bullpen, but he is coming back at a perfect time. The Rays are trying to stay ahead of the Red Sox and Blue Jays in the AL East, so getting a boost in their bullpen is good news for them.

In 95 career games split between the Rangers and Rays, Fairbanks has an 11-12 record, 4.08 ERA, and seven saves.
