New York Yankees Bring Back 2 Pitchers

The Yankees have re-signed Ryan Weber and Shane Greene to minor league contracts.

With this move, Weber has signed his fourth minor league deal with the Yankees alone this season. In three appearances with the Yankees this campaign, he has a 0-0 record to go along with a 1.17 ERA. It will be intriguing to see if he gets another call-up from here.

Greene, on the other hand, has appeared in one game for the Yankees this season. During it, he allowed two runs in an inning pitched. The veteran will continue to be a solid depth option for the Yankees as they prepare for the playoffs.
