MLB Rumors: Miami Marlins Shopping Pitcher
According to Barry Jackson and Craig Mish, the Miami Marlins are willing to listen to trade offers for Pablo Lopez.
Lopez's trade value is at its highest, so the Marlins would get a hefty return for the starter. Not only is he having a very good year, but he also is under team control for several more seasons. That certainly should get the attention of not only contenders but also teams that are out of the playoff picture. This is because he would be more than a rental.
In 20 appearances this campaign, Lopez sports a 7-5 record to go along with a 3.03 ERA.
