MLB Rumors: Colorado Rockies Shopping Veteran Reliever

The Rockies are ready to begin their fire sale at the deadline, and veteran reliever Jhoulys Chacin is available for the taking.

Chacin has had a rough 2022 season, however. In 32 games, he sports a 4-2 record but also has a very high 7.36 ERA. Teams in need of some bullpen help could still consider him, though, as he is a veteran who has had success in previous years.

In 335 career games, Chacin sports an 85-91 record to go along with a 4.16 ERA. It will be intriguing to see if he ends up finding a new home before the deadline passes.
