Los Angeles Dodgers & Chicago Cubs Complete Trade

The Chicago Cubs have traded Chris Martin to the Los Angeles Dodgers in exchange for Zach McKinstry.

Martin will provide the Dodgers with a bit more bullpen help as they prepare for the playoffs. In 34 games this season, he sports a 1-0 record to go along with a 4.31 ERA. Overall, it's been a year of mixed results for him, but he will give the Dodgers another World Series champ, as he won with the Braves last season.

McKinstry, on the other hand, will be hoping for more opportunities at the major league level with the Cubs. In 10 games this season with the Dodgers, he has one home run and a .091 batting average.
