Guardians Pitcher Promoted

The Guardians have promoted James Karinchak to their major league roster.

Karinchak has spent each of the last three seasons with Cleveland, so his return to the majors isn't too surprising. In 92 career games over that span, he sports an 8-6 record to go along with a 3.49 ERA.

It will be intriguing to see how Karinchak responds to this call-up from here.
