Young appeared in just one game for the Guardians this season, where he pitched just 0.1 innings. Now, the 28-year-old will have to be either traded or placed on waivers before the end of the week.

In 73 career games split between the Diamondbacks and Guardians, Young has a 11-15 record to go along with a 4.90 ERA. It will be intriguing to see if another team decides to take a chance on him from here.
