Guardians Bring Back Outfielder Through Waivers

The Guardians have reclaimed Oscar Mercado off waivers from the Phillies.

Mercado was recently claimed off waivers by the Phillies from the Guardians, but the latter has now gotten their outfielder back. 

Mercado's time as a Phillie ends after just one game. In 50 games on the season, he has four home runs, 16 RBIs, and a .200 batting average. Let's see if a return to Cleveland will help him improve on his numbers from here.
