Detroit Tigers Sign 2 Pitchers

The Tigers have signed Daniel Norris and Jacob Barnes each to minor league contracts. 

Norris is certainly a familiar face to the Tigers organization, as he spent seven seasons there from 2015 to 2020. He spent this season with the Cubs, however, where he sported a 0-4 record and 6.60 ERA. Yes, he struggled immensely, but now he will be looking to redeem himself with the Tigers from here. First, he will need to get himself a call-up.

Barnes has already spent this season with the Tigers. In 22 games with the club, he has a 3-1 record to go along with a 6.10 ERA. He will be hoping to redeem himself, but like with Norris, he will need to get promoted before that can be possible.
