Matzek has been out since mid-May with left shoulder inflammation and will rejoin the Braves bullpen for their series opener against the Cardinals tonight. The thirty-one year old has only appeared in 10 innings this season, posting a 5.06 ERA and 1.41 WHIP. Matzek was a critical piece in the Braves World Series win last season and will provide great depth for the team's bullpen.
Eddie Rosario is starting in left field tonight and batting seventh tonight.
#Braves open 4-game set with Cardinals tonight. Eddie Rosario, who was just activated from the IL, starts in LF. It's his first game back since April 24. Marcell Ozuna is the DH. Adam Duvall (hand) is out of the lineup again. Phil Gosselin starts at 2B for the 5th time. pic.twitter.com/yY4CHGoGUR

Rosario underwent a procedure in late April to correct blurred vision and swelling in his eye and has only appeared in 15 games this season, as a result. Now that Michael Harris has taken over in the outfield, and excelled, it will be interesting to see how Rosario is utilized moving forward.
