Angels Call Up Former Top Prospect

The Angels have recalled outfielder Jo Adell, and designated outfielder Monte Harrison in a corresponding move.

Adell has appeared in 25 games for the Angels this season, batting a respectable .250, with three home runs and 10 RBIs. 

Once a former top prospect, Adell has struggled to translate that success into the major leagues. In his MLB career thus far, Adell has played just 98 games, batting a poor .216/.260/.358, with 10 home runs, 43 RBIs and three stolen bases. Let's hope he can have more success moving forward 

Monte Harrison has played nine games for the Angels this season, hitting .182, with one home run and three RBIs.
