Yankees Bring Back Pitcher

The New York Yankees have signed Ryan Weber to a minor league contract.

Weber elected to become a free agent earlier this week but has now decided to return to the Yankees. He is set to join Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre and will be aiming to impress in hopes of landing a call-up to the majors.

In his one appearance with the Yankees this year, Weber allowed one run in 3.2 innings pitched. Let's see if the 64-game veteran gets another chance with the team from here.
